Privacy Practices: ​Data Privacy Policy

​The data I hold
  • ​If you are on my mailing list, I hold your name and your email address only.
  • If you are a client, I have your name, email address and phone number on a paper record. I keep this record with a note of the dates of our sessions, for 12 months after we have finished working together.
How I collect the data
  • Your details are only added to my mailing list if you ask for that to happen, either by emailing me directly or via the contact form on my website.
  • If you are a client, by you having given the information to me.
​How we use the data
Only for information sharing about workshops and appointments.
Data sharing
I do not share your data with any other third party.

If you have ‘liked’ Becoming Ourselves you need to be aware of and agree to Facebook’s data protecting policy.
